Duplex apartment in the center of Marbella situated next to the beach. The building has three swimming pools, one on the first floor; the other two are located on the roofs of buildings. From the swimming pool there are panoramic views of Marbella: Mediterranean sea, the mountains and Africa (if the sky is clear enough). In the building there is a bicycle rental and a variety of restaurants.
The apartment has two terraces. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a dining table for four people and a chest of drawers for clothes. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. Directly from the living room you can access to the terrace. From the living room you can go downstairs that lead to the down floor where there bedroom is. The bedroom has its private bathroom and also has an independent terrace overlooking the sea and the harbor. The bedroom has two single beds, a TV and a wardrobe.
